Parts: prices are for the work. You supply the fixtures, fans, cameras, locks and faucets; the TV mount is included.
Cancelling: 24-hour notice please. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment is $100 if I'm not able to fill that time slot.

TV Mount Planner
Guidelines from common viewing standards: screen centre near seated eye level, and a distance of about 1.2 to 1.6 times the screen size for 4K. Your room, wall and studs decide the final spot, so I check them on site. The $250 price includes a basic tilting mount; ask if you'd like a different style.

Yes: you supply the light fixtures, fans, cameras, locks and faucets. The TV mounting price includes a basic tilting mount, and the outlet & cord run add-on includes the outlet parts and cord covers.
